Top features a rounded high neckline, halter style tasselled ties, open back, elastic/stretch across the top edge of the lower back, and an adjustable/removable tie at the waist. Bottom part is a flared/full peplum style.

Skirt has a wide, exaggerated waistline, stretchy/smocked panel on the back of the waist, pleated and full design, two large patch pockets with tasselled ties, and a stitched on tier around the bottom. Pull-On styling. Both pieces are a soft unlined gauzy fabric with colorful embroidered details.
